Automatic Email Notification when Package arrives if you are a Registered Customer.
Once you have become a registered customer in our system, we will assign you a Customer # to list on the address after the Street Address. Listing this Customer # on the address will allow us to send you an automatic email notification letting you know that your package has arrived at our location in Blaine. We will still receive your package before you become a registered customer and a package will not be refused if you forget to list your Customer # on the address, but you will not get an email notification. $10 Annual Fee will be paid when your first package is picked up.
Packages will be refused if they are addressed to "At the Border Mail" instead of your name. We will send them back listing the need for clarification as to whom they are actually for.
Packages will be ready for pickup on the next business day following delivery. Please wait till you get a email from ATBM stating that your package is ready for pick up.
If you choose not to become a registered customer, you will be subject to an additional $2.50 per package.
Our Package Receiving Service is only for receiving packages, NOT for receiving mail. If you want to receive mail you must sign up for a mailbox.
We allow 3 (three) names on each account. Names must be added prior to packages being received by us. All people on an account must know the phone # and email address that the account is registered under. For security reasons, ONLY PEOPLE LISTED ON AN ACCOUNT MAY PICK UP PACKAGES FOR THAT ACCOUNT AND THEY MUST HAVE PERSONAL ID AND TRACKING #. If your package arrives without a Customer # on it, you will not get an email notification of delivery, it will go into the 'Unregistered' section, and you will need the package Tracking ID # in order to claim it. If it was sent via USPS without a Tracking #, then you will need to bring in your purchase receipt showing whom the package was purchased from. This will help us identify your correct package as we do not go by name alone since many of our customers have the same (or similar) names. If the package arrives without a Customer # on it, then only the person whose name is on the package may pick the package up and they must bring in the package tracking # in order to receive the package. Regular storage fees apply. As you will not get email notification on such a package, it is your responsibility to be aware of the delivery tracking and ensuing facility storage time.
Your package will go into the Unregistered Section and you will need to bring your tracking # and ID to retrieve it. You will still be subject to the same package and storage fees, it is your responsibility to track your packages.
Unregistered Users, you can ship a package here without registering. You will NOT get a email, you can track your package and pick up the following business day after delivery. When you come in to pick up your packages you will need to provide us with a Photo ID and tracking numbers for your packages. Lockers will not be allowed for un-registered users, as we are not able to verify who you are without seeing ID.
Any packages unclaimed after 90 days will be donated to Charity. Please pick up packages before 90 days.
WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROPERLY INSURE ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US.
As our business is a facilitation service, your package receiving fee will not be refunded for those items that you decide you want to return.

We receive packages from all carriers - FEDEX, UPS, DHL and, of course, USPS.
We DO NOT receive or store hazardous materials.
Mailboxes must be opened in person with 2 valid forms of ID per USPS requirements with no exceptions. One must contain a photograph of the addressee(s). Social Security/Social Insurance cards, credit cards, and birth certificates are unacceptable as identification.
Acceptable identification includes: valid driver's license or state/provincial non-driver's identification card; armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card; passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization; current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust; voter or vehicle registration card; or a home or vehicle insurance policy. A photocopy of your identification will be retained by agent for verification.
A limit of 3 names may be on a Mailbox. People listed on the Mailbox do not have to reside at the same address. However, we only provide two keys per Mailbox. (Mailbox keys may not be copied) Mailbox forms must be filled out by each person to be listed on a Mailbox and each person must present IDs prior to being listed on the Mailbox.
Packages that fit into mailbox will not be charged package receiving fees. Any packages that do not fit into mailbox will be charged standard package receiving fees.
If your mailbox regularly overflows, you will be charged the next size monthly mailbox fee.
Lockers are an additional .50 cents per package. Lockers requests must be made 1 hour before we close. Lockers are good for 24 hours, if you do not pick up your package out of the locker, they will be checked back in and returned to the shelf, you will loose all money paid for the locker.
