If you feel that the costs are justified and you would like to start the process of having your packages shipped to you in Canada email us at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and put "Shipping to Canada" in the subject line.  

You must include the following information:

Your Name

Your Email address

Your Phone number

Your Customer number

A list of tracking numbers that you would like us to send.  

 

Upon receiving your email we will pull the requested packages from the shelf and try to consolidate them the best we can.  We will then calculate the dimensions of the box/boxes and the weight.  This is the information the you will need to create and pay for your shipping label on UPS.com.  

We will also calculate the charges due to ATBM and send you an invoice for those charges.  

Once you have created your UPS label and emailed it to us and paid the invoice from us we will put the labels on your parcels and send them out via UPS.  

 

 

IF YOU DO NOT PUT YOUR CUSTOMER # IN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM US!!! 

 

Your package will go into the Unregistered Section and you will need to bring your tracking # and ID to retrieve it. You will still be subject to the same package and storage fees, it is your responsibility to track your packages.

*If you choose not to become a registered client, you will be subject to an additional $2.50 per package.

*Our Package Receiving Service is only for receiving packages, NOT for receiving mail.  If you want to receive mail you must sign up for a mailbox. 

Automatic Email Notification when Package Arrives with customer I.D. on label.

Packages will be ready for pickup on the next business day following delivery.

We receive packages from all carriers - FEDEX, UPS, DHL and, of course, USPS.

**Please Call Before shipping pallets to our location. 2 day grace period from arrival date. Then $5.00 storage fee per day.

We allow 3 (three) names on each account. Names must be added prior to packages being received by us. All people on an account, must know the phone # and email address that the account is registered under and they MUST put this account/Customer # in the shipping address. This is most commonly listed like an apartment # in the U.S. ONLY PEOPLE LISTED ON AN ACCOUNT MAY PICK UP PACKAGES FOR THAT ACCOUNT AND THEY MUST HAVE ID AND TRACKING #.

Because of space issues, any unclaimed packages are subject to a .25 per day (small package) and .50 per day (md/lg package) charge after 30 days.

Any packages unclaimed after 90 days will be donated to charity. 

WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROPERLY INSURE ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US.
